The aim of the proposal is to lead incoming tourism into a new central town attraction that also connects the rest of the town's potential activity zones. The consolidation of the town circuit will increase tourist economy and will improve transport routes between the port, the farming grounds and the residential areas. Attached to this public proposal, a residential private idea has also been taken into challenge.
